5 stars for Marcus Lozano and the team at McGrath City Honda! I recently had to replace my car from a car accident and I was in the unenviable position to have to do it ASAP. I knew I wanted to shop at McGrath City Honda as I had purchased our two Hondas from there (2009 and 2016). I found my dream car on their website newly listed (2019 Honda Fit with 14K miles) and I was able to schedule a test drive the very next evening. Marcus was patient and very knowledgeable about what we needed. He allowed my husband and I to test drive the vehicle separately because we had our little guy with us. All paperwork and pricing was very fair and clear. The finance department stayed late and so did Marcus just to make sure we were able to close on the deal and drive our new-to-us car home. This is he only place I would shop for a Honda. Thank you Marcus and McGrath City Honda! We are customers for life.

Well this is my second time purchasing a car from here. The staff is truly Amazing and well educated on what they do. The second time I went I was seen by a kind man who’s name was Marcus Lozano and he really got the job done, and also was super nice to my daughters who I took with me. By far the greatest encounter with someone when it comes to buying a new car. All in all service, and buying was a breeZe. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, friendly, and not condescending at all no matter the question. The people at McGrath Honda did a wonderful job repairing the grill and bumper of the used car I purchased from them. Most places would not do this, used cars sold as is. But when I mentioned that the grill was not seated in the space, they said right away that they would fix it. Fix it they did, at no charge, even though they had to install a new grill and bumper. That is going above and beyond for a customer.

I went in for regular service (oil, rotation, checkup). Bill was extremely helpful, didn’t try any unnecessary upselling, and told me they were busy and gave me the exact correct time I would be waiting. Service was thorough, and Bill explained all of the checkup to me. Plus a very clean spacious waiting area.

Been going to Honda on grand since 2009!! Service always amazing service manger Jeremy is excellent always taking care of all my cars services and all it’s needed Alex does my services as well everyone is very helpful friendly staff!!
