"I was very happy with my service today at McGrath. Carlos Martinez was very helpful. So was the service manager, Jeremy Sanchez. I mentioned to them when I arrived that my service would really need to be completed by 1:00 pm as I needed to be home when my son was dropped off from school. Jeremy explained that the services I needed would normally mean the car wouldn't be ready until 3:00 or 4:00 pm. He did say he would try to get the work done by 1:00, and that if the work wouldn't be done in time that they would drive me home and then pick me up later. Carlos was great communicating with me about the status of my repairs. They did, in fact, have my car ready for me by 12:45. So, another good experience with the McGrath service team!"
