 What's New for the 2025 Honda Odyssey Sport-L?

The 2025 Honda Odyssey has long been a leading option for minivan buyers to consider thanks to its thoughtful features, robust functionality, and appealing aesthetics. In 2025, the Odyssey has four trim levels: EX-L, Sport-L, Touring, and Elite. The Sport-L is a smart option for shoppers interested in an Odyssey with more than the basic features. This year's Odyssey Sport-L brings updates to the style and features.

The updated styling includes a reshaped rear bumper and a new look for the grille. In addition, the foglamps are now styled with a black surround. The Sport-L also introduces new wheel designs. Smoke Blue Pearl and Solar Silver Metallic are added to the exterior paint color palette for all trims. The Sport-L stands apart from the other trim levels with its 19-inch glossy black wheels, black grille, and black window trim. Overall, the Honda Odyssey has a strongly tapered and defined nose and a tall, curved roof. The sides are designed with sliding doors and deep, angled accentuation. At the front, the headlights have a wedge-like shape and spin off from the wide grille.

Inside, the digital instrument panel is enlarged to seven inches, and the infotainment system screen grows to nine inches. In addition, there is also a rear entertainment system with a larger 12.8-inch screen. This trim level is differentiated from the other trims with red accent stitching on black leather upholstery. Additional features available with the Odyssey Sport-L include a power liftgate, a wireless phone charging pad, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a moonroof, leather upholstery, second-row sunshades, forward collision avoidance, lane departure mitigation, a rear seat reminder, adaptive cruise control, lane centering, a blind-spot warning, and several other features.

The Odyssey's capabilities are unchanged from the 2025 version. The Sport-L has the same powertrain as the other trim levels: a V6, 3.5-liter engine that produces 280 horsepower and 262 pound-feet of torque. The Odyssey has front-wheel drive and a 10-speed auto transmission.
